What is Big on Bloor? Big on Bloor Festival is an annual summer street festival in Toronto Ontario held between Dufferin St. to Landsowne in the heart of Toronto. The festival seeks to promote disenfranchised artists and small businesses in Toronto, and and specifically the Bloordale area representing the intersection of Bloor and Lansdowne. The festival features public installations, murals, window displays, concerts, art workshops and street vendors in a safe and family-friendly environment. |

Art on Deck at Big On Bloor, 2024 Big on Bloor has a big focus on the arts and artists, and this is one of the main reasons we wanted to be a part of this grand street festival. Helping to showcase art and artists while promoting our love and passion for skateboarding is central to our desire in participating in this annual festival. We had an amazing time at Big on Bloor. Art on Deck with Moving Comic Factory We could not have pulled off this event without some much appreciated help from our friend and guest artist Vince a.k.a. Moving Comic Factory (MCF). MCF is a talented local Toronto artists who has done numerous original skateboard designs. Art on Deck Custom Complete Skateboards Every time we get to assemble unique custom skateboards for our valued customers, is a chance to share our love of skateboarding with the community. Every custom board we assemble is done with professionalism, attention to detail, and with the customer in mind. We take every assembly seriously and thoroughly enjoy making these boards. The best part of it, is seeing the end product and how happy it makes someone. Closing Remarks Big on Bloor was truly a remarkable street festival. The organizers were extremely professional and supportive, and the volunteers were hard-working and friendly. This area of Toronto is very diverse and special, and we would not hesitate to return! Thank you to everyone who made this event possible. |
