How much is shipping?

Shipping rates depend on weight and size of package as well as the destination country and chosen carrier.
Where do you ship to?

We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel throughout all of Canada

We ship to all mainland states, outlying islands and military bases. 
We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) with flat shipping rates calculated upon checkout. 
We use a courier service to deliver items from Canada to the nearest USPS Post Office in Niagara Falls, NY.  This adds 2-3 days for processing.
Items are only scanned for tracking once they have arrived within the USA - Allow 2-3 days after receiving tracking number before seeing a scan

We ship to select overseas destinations using USPS Priority Mail International Service.  We ship to Australia, most of Europe and Great Britain. Contact us to get a shipping quote for anywhere else in the world
Can I save on International Shipping?

International shipping can be expensive, especially if purchasing a single item.  The more items purchased, the lower the average cost per item is for shipping. 
When will my package ship after placing an order?

We need 1-2 business days for processing your order, upon which a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent.   Delays outside of our control sometimes may occur – if this happens, we will advise you of any unforeseen delays.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Express orders are guaranteed to be received by the number of days specified by the carrier once they have received it from us.  Packages to Canada can take 1-3 weeks depending on Canada Post.  Packages to the USA typically take 5-10 business days overall. is not liable for the length of time a package takes to reach its destination.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?

- We require signatures for all orders over $250
- We require signatures if your bill-to and ship-to address is different (subject to verification)
What if my package is delayed?
