Shipping policy

Important Notice for US Customers: International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by US customs authorities and are separate from your order total. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

 

How much does shipping cost?  

Shipping rates depend on weight and size of package as well as the destination country and chosen carrier.

What locations do you ship to?

CANADA

We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel throughout all of Canada

UNITED STATES

We ship to all mainland states, outlying islands and military bases. 

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) with flat shipping rates calculated upon checkout. 

We use a courier service to deliver items from Canada to the nearest USPS Post Office in Niagara Falls, NY.  This adds 2-3 days for processing.

Items are only scanned for tracking once they have arrived within the USA - Allow 2-3 days after receiving tracking number before seeing a scan

OVERSEAS

We ship to select overseas destinations using USPS Priority Mail International Service.  We ship to Australia, most of Europe and Great Britain. Contact us to get a shipping quote for anywhere else in the world

Is there a way to save on International Shipping?
International shipping can be expensive, especially if purchasing a single item.  The more items purchased, the lower the average cost per item is for shipping.  

I just placed an order. When will my package ship?
We need 1-2 business days for processing your order, upon which a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent.   Delays outside of our control sometimes may occur – if this happens, we will advise you of any unforeseen delays.

How long will it take for my package to get here?
Express orders are guaranteed to be received by the number of days specified by the carrier once they have received it from us.  Packages to Canada can take 1-3 weeks depending on Canada Post.  Packages to the USA typically take 5-10 business days overall.  artondeck.com is not liable for the length of time a package takes to reach its destination.

Are signatures required for deliveries?
- We require signatures for all orders over $250
- We require signatures if your bill-to and ship-to address is different (subject to verification)

My package is delayed or has not arrived within the specified timeframe?
Not to worry – we are here to help.  Let us contact the shipping company as they need the shipper to open any claims or enquiries.  Email us at info@artondeck.com for help with orders and delivery.

Are there additional Fees and Import costs when Internationally?
Yes, there may be additional fees, and import costs when importing goods from Canada to another country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the original purchase price. Please check with your Customs and Border agency for additional information about tariffs, duties and import fees. 

Please note:  Import fees are based on a product's country of manufacture (where the product was manufactured). They are not based on the country where the item is being shipped from.
